Prices above are based on 2 guests with a minimum of 2 night bookings.
Extra guests are charged at $50 per guest per night.
Belle Vue sleeps a maximum of 6 guests, the 3 bedrooms provide 2 queen beds and 1 double bed.
Cleaning fees depend upon on the number of guests, starting at $85 for 2 guests up to $120 for 6 guests.

A $200 bond is required for bookings or a $400 bond for weekly bookings. Bonds are refunded back to you after you check out, once the premises’ condition has been confirmed.
